last year, i led a ‘personal imagery’ workshop at the Jackson Hole Art Association in WY. Maura Cluthe and i were hoping to collaborate on the workshop, but her schedule was full. still, it was an inspiring 4 days. i love workshops for their intensity and the inevitable personal growth that happens. each student created a series of 3 paintings, and together, we collaborated on a 2 x 2 foot collage/painting inspired by Maura’s grids. the students wanted to keep the energy going, and after the workshop, decided to collaborate on a series of altered books. below are a few recent pages of mine
