I am so emotional after reading your birth story. Thank God/dess…thank you thank you thank you…When Lola was born she had some obstruction to her breathing and i thought i would dissolve as i stood there waiting for the nurses and doctors from NICU to tell us she was alright. And thankfully, blessedly she was…We are all connected by our stories and our love…Lola says “Hi JennySOO” and “Toosie” too! (She loves looking at your pictures…)

(as a person of course, but all your work as a midwife — now i understand more! midwives are rare beings, so passionate, strong, gentle, inspiring, and the gift you give to us mothers is priceless. i really hope you publish your short stories of births at some point — i would LOVE to read them as i’m sure would so many others… much love dear one, jenny sue
