Oh Jenny…Those pictures are beautiful. And little Tulsi is growing and i can see her sweet little personality in her face now. Isn’t it so wonderful? I hope you get a chance to write about taking her to meet Amma. We are hoping to bring Lola to see “MA!”(that’s what Lola calls her) in Boston next month…
I just dicovered them elsewhere about an hour ago but I ‘m not getting tired of seeing you two, especially this roung, gentle, delicate and joyous face of hers ^^
And the 2nd picture is just touching and deeply full of love… thanks for this magic and poetry!
Aw, she makes my heart sing! Sorry I haven’t been in touch (i DO check in on you via your blog), mothering two has been a joyous yet all-consuming adjustment for me. It’s litterally wonder-full following your journey in mamahood.
Hello! I came across your blog today while searching for children’s book illustrators. What a treat to find your work and your family’s amazing birth story. Congratulations and thank you.
candice-ma, it’s so nice to hear from you. i often picture you up on ‘your’ island sitting on a rock on the edge of the ocean goddess. tulsi is truly amazing. she is our best teacher already. can’t wait for you to meet her some day. much love to you, jenny
