Dear Jenny Sue ... God bless you for writing MY TRAVELIN' EYE!
My 3 year-old son has a traveling eye, which we've been giving lots of love and attention to with patches, glasses, and lots and lots of art. He's an adventurous and extremely active kid, and glasses are just part of his life now. However, as a Mom, it was interesting for me to read about strabismus and amblyopia from the patient's point of view. My son was only 2 when diagnosed, so there's a lot he couldn't yet put into words. Reading your book gave me insight into what the whole experience must have been like for him. Blessings to you and yours!

P.S. My wish is to be at least half as cool as your Mom :)

P.P.S. Please let me know if you every publish an activity book for kids with strabismus. I'd be interested to know what kinds of projects worked for you.
